Carlie has been practicing general dentistry since 2002. She has a particular interest in nervous patients and has been providing sedation since 2009. Carlie originally completed her sedation training at Newcastle University, and decided to return to study in 2008 to gain her DipConSed.

She has a growing interest in facial aesthetics and has over 10 years’ experience carrying out a variety of facial treatments. She has worked all across Yorkshire and joined us here at the Thorpe Dental Group in 2016.

Carlie is a member of the IAAFA (International Academy of Advanced Facial Aesthetics) and SAAD (The Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry).

Carlie is married with two children. She loves all things food and trains most days at her local CrossFit box.
